SeanSho

It's no longer trendy to skateboard. With age brings an interesting mix of paranoia and silliness to your sense of style. Plenty of fashion half-rights and oddball witicisms combine to make you hella weirder than ever. Having always pieced together my own look, I decided recently to research what I'm supposed to be wearing these days. What I found is that there really is no new style. The constant re-re-re-re retro habits of retailers just lets us choose what the hell ever. Looks like Gap has given up as they introduce their "for every generation" ad campaign. THANK GOD. Now gramps and I can wear the same clothes! No more confusing holiday shopping since everyone can wear the same outfit. I of course speak only for mens fashions...If were female I would have died from complications from whiplash by now. Is the peasant look over yet ma'am?
I hate to sound like I'm responding to a profile question at some online dating service, but...The CD stuck on 'repeat' in my car is: "Highly Evolved" by The Vines. It was no hasty decision to speak so higly of the band and their music (as was my quick placement of Dashboard Confessional on the SeanSho Top 5 earlier this year). After listening to the CD several times front to back, I recommended it to another music afficianado pal to back me up. After rave reviews and a well thought discussion I present to you my choice for the "SeanSho Auto-Rock CD of the Year". A very well mixed, well performed piece of work by a group of former McDonalds employees from Australlia.
The SeanSho Tour 2002 stoped in the Twin Cities again for the end of the Cake tour and the MN State Fair. VA Beach, New York and more are on the list for the next few months. Anyone up for a Pabst? Will be moving in November as a cost cutting measure...anyone in the DC/NoVA area know of some relatively inexpensive 1 bedroom apartments? A new Top 5 and recent months finally added to the 'archive' section! Go!
